What are premium services?
Premium services are calls to all 090X and 070 numbers and text messages to or from special 4-digit numbers that offer a pay-for service. These services include televoting, contests, newsletters, games or chat.
We facilitate payment for these third-party services, but we are not responsible for their purchase. You should contact the service provider directly with any questions and/or complaints, as well as to obtain a payment statement or bill. The service provider must include its contact information in all public communications (in accordance with E.T.109.696).
