How to pay my bill by bank transfer?
You can wire your bill payment.
Please note the following when making a bank transfer:
- Use the correct account number (IBAN): BE43 0013 6602 2001. The correct bank code (BIC) is GEBABEBB in the name of Proximus SA.
- Use the exact structured reference indicated on your bill. This reference is structured as follows: +++xxx/xxxx/xxxxx+++ (each x is replaced by a digit).
- Enter the exact amount as it appears on your bill. Do not take the liberty to change the bill amount yourself when paying. In case of complaints, get in touch with our customer service . Any credit notes are reflected in your next bill.
