What can I do in the mon.scarlet customer zone?
Your mon.scarlet customer zone is the place from which you can perform all important actions. In particular, it offers you the possibility to perform the following actions:
- Check your usage
- Consult your bills
- Activate a direct debit
- Configure your products
- Change your subscription
- Manage your appointments
- Plan a move
- Set up your usage alerts
- Change your contact details
- Order an additional decoder
- View communications sent by Scarlet
Mon.scarlet is composed of 6 tabs
- Home
This tab first gives you a quick overview of your balance and contact information. Below, you find each of your Scarlet products with your usage per service (Digital TV, Internet, Fixed Telephony, Mobile). Behind each service, you can activate and deactivate options. The Settings button, below the product, allows you to set up usage alerts and request a move.- Digital TV: click on TV options to activate bouquets . You can also click on Additional TV decoders to add decoders to your product.
- Internet: click on Internet options to activate a data option or to activate a mailbox.
- Fixed telephony: click on Telephony options to activate options such as free telephony during peak hours. This is also where you activate restrictions.
- Mobile: click on Mobile options to activate data options or unlimited calls.
- Bills and payments
The Bills and Payments tab lists your last 12 Scarlet bills and credit notes. You can download a bill in PDF format as well as view the usage of a particular bill. This is also where you can activate a direct debit. - My account
The My Account tab allows you to keep your contact information up to date. This is also where you can view important communications sent by Scarlet. The last section allows you to upload documents that will be useful to Scarlet, such as a copy of your ID card. - Security
Here you can change the password of your customer zone as well as your security question. - Appointment
This tab allows you to manage your appointment with a technician for an installation or a repair intervention. It offers you the possibility to change the date of your appointment at any time. - Usage
The Usage tab allows you to find all your usage (data, call minutes, text messages, MMS - multimedia messages, premium calls,...). Make your selection among the proposed filters to refine your search.
