Frequently asked questions about TV channels

It is not possible to take out a Netflix subscription via Scarlet and watch Netflix from your decoder. On the other hand, you can take a subscription directly from Netflix, and connect your device (computer, tablet,...) to your TV to watch your favorite movies and series.

  • Do you have a smart tv? You probably already have a Netflix application or you can download it. For more information, we invite you to check out the website of the manufacturer of your device.
  • Don't have a smart TV? Many game consoles and DVD and Blu-ray players also have a Netflix application. Another option is to get an additional device (such as Chromecast) that allows you to watch Netflix directly on your TV.

You can adjust the order of the channels as follows:

  • Press the Menu key and select my account > settings > channel numbering.
  • The list of TV channels is displayed.
  • To change the order of TV channels, apply the swap principle. This means that you always change 2 channels:
    • First select the channel you want to move and press OK.
    • Then select the channel you want to replace it with and press OK.
    • Select confirm after switching the desired channels. The changes are immediate.

To return to the default channel order, press the Menu key and select my account > settings > channel numbering > default.

Scarlet offers the essentials to its customers at the lowest price. To maintain these low prices, not all channels can be included in our basic offer. However, you can add channel bouquets!
