Can I forward my calls in case of an outage?

Please note: In case of an outage, it is not possible to forward calls. You can, however, activate forward on no availability as a preventive measure before you experience an outage.

  • Activate: Type *62*phone number# on your handset.
  • Deactivate: Type #62# on your handset.

Always replace the phone number with the number you wish to forward to, e.g. *62*012345678#
To forward to your voicemail, enter the 1991 phone number, e.g. *62*1991#
