Do I need an existing telephone connection?
To register a Scarlet subscription, you do not need to have an existing telephone connection. If you do not yet have a telephone connection, additional work will be required to establish your connection.
If you already have an existing telephone connection, your Scarlet subscription can be activated immediately. For this purpose, your telephone connection must not be active with another operator.
