It means you’re not tied to a fixed term. You can cancel or change your mobile subscription anytime, with no penalty.

Minutes, SMS, and data included in the mobile plan are valid for national use and EU + Switzerland roaming, except special numbers (090x, 070...). Out-of-bundle calls are charged per second after the first minute. Data usage via 4G, EDGE, or GPRS is charged per KB. All prices include VAT. Private, reasonable use only, as defined [here].

Yes. It runs on the Proximus network, which covers 97.85% of Belgium, with an average speed of 39 Mbps. Perfect for streaming, video calls and daily use. You get a stable connection, even with heavy usage, thanks to a 3 TB fair use policy.

The Scarlet decoder does not support the Netflix app.

However, you can watch Netflix using your own subscription on a PC, tablet, game console, or Smart TV. The 100 Mbps speed supports HD streaming on multiple devices simultaneously.

  2. Under My price plan, tap Another price plan.
  3. Then pick the subscription that suits you best.
