Who can get Scarlet My e-Press?
My e-Press is automatically included in all Scarlet Trio and Trio mobile packs for new and existing customers, completely free. Just log in to MyScarlet to check whether My e-Press is included in your pack.

How to activate My e-Press?
- 1Log in to MyScarlet
Go to the MyScarlet website or MyScarlet app and sign in to your account.
- 2Go to ‘products’ and select My e-Press
If you are eligible, My e-Press will appear in your product overview, under Scarlet Internet.
- 3Link your Scarlet account to the newspaper of your choice
Choose Le Soir or HLN. Use your Scarlet login to create or link your account on the selected newspaper’s website.
- 4Complete the activation on the newspaper website and you’re all set!
Just follow the last steps on LeSoir.be or HLN.be to link your MyScarlet account. That’s it, you’re all set and can start reading.

No. You have to choose one digital newspaper: either Le Soir or HLN.
Yes, you can switch from one journal to another. However, your choice is locked for a month. In other words, you can only change journals once a month.
It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the change to be reflected in the systems. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service.
If you're already paying for Le Soir or HLN and have a Scarlet Trio or Trio Mobile package, just cancel your paid subscription and keep reading your favorite newspaper for free thanks to Scarlet.
- Scarlet My e-Press is only available for customers who opt for a Trio or Trio Mobile package.
- Scarlet My e-Press is also not available if you are a business customer and a VAT (TVA) number is linked to your customer account.
