Wireless solutions for your digital TV

When installing your scarlet Trio subscription, a technician comes to place one or two set-top boxes in addition to the Wi-Fi modem. Each set-top box must be connected to the modem. For this, our technician uses in most cases an Ethernet cable (included in the installation cost up to 20 m).
However, if you want a wireless connection for your set-top boxes, the technician offers the following paid solutions:

Ethernet adapter (via power grid)

The Ethernet adapter (also called "Powerline" or "Devolo") is a solution that transmits the signal from your modem to your TV set-top box(s) via the electrical network.

For a TV:

An adapter is placed right next to the modem, in a power outlet. The other adapter is placed right next to the TV set-top box, also in a power outlet. You still need 2 Ethernet adapters.

Additional Ethernet adapter:

If you need an additional Ethernet adapter, you can purchase it separately from our technician during installation.

Wi-Fi booster

The Wi-Fi booster is a solution that transmits the wireless signal from your Wi-Fi modem to your TV set-top box(s).

For a TV:

You need a Wi-Fi booster, placed near your TV set-top box.

For 2 TVs:

You need 2 Wi-Fi boosters, placed near each of your TV set-top boxes.
