The new Scarlet TV interface

We are proactively migrating our customers to a new interface for your Scarlet TV Box. Below, we explain how this new menu looks so that you won't feel lost!

With the new TV interface, you can easily access all the main functions via the Menu button on your remote control. Using the directional buttons, you can simply navigate between the different sections.

You will find the following sections:

Provides the programming of all shows by channel and by day.
To access it, you can:

  • Use the directional buttons on the remote control when you are in the TV menu and press OK.
  • Then press the TV Guide button on the remote control.

Gives you an overview of your recordings and subscriptions.
To access it, use the directional buttons on the remote control when you are in the TV menu and press OK.

From the My Library section, you can access the sub-sections:

My videos

In the My Videos sub-section, you will find the following options:

  • Continue Watching: groups the programs you have started watching but not finished.
  • Currently Rented: groups the programs you are currently renting.
  • My Recordings: groups the programs you have recorded.
  • Scheduled Recordings: groups the recordings you have planned.
Subscriptions

Groups the programs included in the TV options you have ordered, such as Pickx Sport or Pickx+.

Allows you to order an additional TV option or rent a movie from the catalog.
To access it, use the directional buttons on the remote control when you are in the TV menu and press OK.

From the Shop section, you can access the sub-sections:

  • Proximus VOD: which allows you to rent a movie from the catalog.
  • Subscribe: allows you to order a TV option.

Allows you to manage and adjust the settings of the TV Box.
To access it, use the directional buttons on the remote control when you are in the TV menu and press OK.

Through this section, you can modify the settings of the TV Box:

  • My Account: where you find general information about your account.
  • Parental Control: by default, TV programs suitable for people up to 16 years old are displayed. You can also set an age limit yourself (-6, -10, -12, -16, -18, or for all) to block certain programs.
  • System: where you find information regarding updates to the TV Box.
  • Channel numbering: allows you to change the order of your channels.
  • Preferences: where you can configure the menu language choice, subtitles, and audio settings.

In the categories of films, series, sports & kids, you will find programs grouped by the same genre.

  • If you are in the TV menu, use the arrow keys on the remote control to navigate to films, series, sports, kids, etc.
  • Press the OK button on the remote control to choose a program and select 'watch'.
