What are mobile payments?

Mobile payments are services offered by third parties and included on your bill. Examples are the purchase of a De Lijn bus ticket, a parking ticket...

Unlike premium services, a mobile payment implies the actual payment of a service provided, and therefore not only the payment of a text message or a phone call.

Please note: we facilitate payment for these services offered by third parties, but we are not responsible for the purchase. If you have any questions and/or complaints, please contact the service provider directly. The latter must include its contact information in all public notices according to E.T. 109.696.
