Scarlet’s TV offer includes over 30 channels, with 20 in HD. You get all the essential national and regional channels, plus more than 20 radio stations.

Looking for more visual content like sports, movies, or extra kids’ programmes? You can simply add TV options.

You can’t activate Netflix through Scarlet or access it via our TV decoder, but you can subscribe directly via Netflix and use your Scarlet connection to stream your movies and series. On most Smart TVs, the app is already pre-installed.

It’s very simple! A certified technician comes to your home, connects your line, sets up the Wi-Fi, installs the decoder, and checks that everything is working properly. A detailed user guide is also available to help you get started quickly. Depending on your existing setup, installation takes around 2 to 3 hours.

Social internet offers for people with disabilities, seniors, or low-income households cannot be ordered via Scarlet. If you’re eligible and wish to benefit from it, you can order these social internet offers through the Proximus website.
