Looking for more visual content like sports, movies, or extra kids’ programmes? You can simply add TV options.
You can’t activate Netflix through Scarlet or access it via our TV decoder, but you can subscribe directly via Netflix and use your Scarlet connection to stream your movies and series. On most Smart TVs, the app is already pre-installed.
It’s very simple! A certified technician comes to your home, connects your line, sets up the Wi-Fi, installs the decoder, and checks that everything is working properly. A detailed user guide is also available to help you get started quickly. Depending on your existing setup, installation takes around 2 to 3 hours.
Social internet offers for people with disabilities, seniors, or low-income households cannot be ordered via Scarlet. If you’re eligible and wish to benefit from it, you can order these social internet offers through the Proximus website.
Scarlet is the budget-friendly brand of the Proximus group. We offer simple services at reduced prices: internet speed suited to your needs, an easy-to-use modem and TV decoder, and a channel selection focused on the essentials. The difference is in the price not the network quality. You enjoy the Proximus network, but without paying for features you don’t use.
Open-ended contract. To enjoy scarlet Trio, you must have access to the VDSL network. The availability of HD content depends on your installation and the HD coverage in your area.
Activation worth €29 and installation worth €50 free of charge. Promotion valid from 11/08/2025 to 16/11/2025 for new customers and existing mobile customers subscribing to a Trio (Mobile) offer. Scarlet reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion at any time.
1. Unlimited surfing. Scarlet's internet services are for private use only. The download speed is limited to 3 Mbps once you exceed a surfing volume of 3 TB per month. This speed is sufficient for surfing the Internet, for standard e-mail use and video streaming⦠When you reach 3 TB, you have the option to order extra surfing volume via the Comfort option for €5 per month. This allows you to consume up to an additional 1 TB without speed limitation. 2. Unlimited calling. Excluding special numbers such as (0900, 070, games,...). 078 numbers are allowed. Scarlet reserves the right to suspend the service in case of suspected improper or professional use of the Scarlet Internet and Telephony service (such as using the device as a baby monitor or using it for call center activities). Evenings and weekends. Off-peak hours: on weekdays from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. and during weekends. 3. Calls and text messages from Belgium to the Zone UE are not included in the subscription and are charged according to international rates. Unused minutes, SMS and MB are not carried over to the next month. 4.
