Activate SIM

When you receive a new SIM card by mail, do not insert it into your device right away. You must first activate it.
To do this, you can choose between the following two options.

From your mon.scarlet customer zone:
  • Log in to mon.scarlet.
  • Click on the Home tab and scroll down to your mobile product.
  • Enter the activation code from the letter that came with your SIM card and click on Activate.

Phone:
  • Call the free number 0800 84 444 (from any device).
  • Press 2 for French.
  • Enter the activation code found on the letter that accompanied your SIM card, followed by the hash key (#).

If you have requested to have your number transferred to Scarlet, it may take up to two business days to activate your SIM card. Wait until the network of your current operator disappears from your device before inserting your new Scarlet SIM card.

If you have requested a new number, insert your new Scarlet SIM card into your device. As soon as your number is activated, you will receive a confirmation text.

You will find your PIN and PUK codes on the SIM card holder.
