Reboot your b-box

Your b-box modem may seem to be working fine, however, a reboot will do no harm!
- Set the switch on the back of your b-box to O. Wait at least 10 seconds.
- Turn the switch back to |. The Power LED lights up.
- After a few minutes, one by one, the DSL, Internet and Wi-Fi LEDs will remain lit. Now test your Internet connection again.
If you have already had to reboot your b-box several times this week, please contact us. There may be a problem with your line.
