1. On this pageOpens a new window , enter the e-mail address you used to register for MyScarlet, then click on Continue.
   If the e-mail address is not recognized, you will need to re-register for MyScarletOpens a new window .
2. If prompted, enter the security code or click the requested images, and click Next.
3. You will receive an e-mail containing your username.
4. Click on the link in the e-mail and choose a new password. The password must be at least 8 characters long, with at least 4 letters and 1 number.
5. Click on Confirm.

You are now automatically connected to MyScarlet with your new login details.
