The amount refunded to you is automatically credited to your bank account within 5 working days of payment.

Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the amount to reach your account.

Still haven't received anything after 5 working days?

If the payment was made via Bancontact, we need you to confirm the bank account number. You can do this by phone or using our contact form. If in the meantime a new account is being prepared, the amount in your favor will be deducted directly from your new account.
