Usage via the MyScarlet app
With the app you can see how much you have surfed, called and texted, within or outside your bundle. If you don't have this app yet, download the MyScarlet app first.
By default you'll see the usage of your mobile phone number (based on the SIM card). If you want to see all your products (and your bills), you'll have to log in as the administrator of your customer number.
Proceed as follows to see your usage:
- Open the app and tap on Products.
- Scroll to the product you want to see more details about and tap on it.
- Depending on the product, you'll see your call minutes, text messages, fixed Internet usage, mobile Internet data or TV purchases for the current month. You'll also see how many days are remaining that month: (number) of days remaining.
- You will see how much you have used of your bundle for the current month. If you have a bundle with unlimited calls, texts and data, your usage will not be shown.
- If you exceed your bundle or have out-of-bundle costs, this will be displayed in red.
