A different e-mail address

We will send your bill to the same e-mail address that you use to log in as administrator in MyScarlet.

Would you rather use a different e-mail address? Then change your MyScarlet username to the e-mail address of your choice; your bill can only be sent to that e-mail address. You can edit this in MyScarlet (app and web).

What do you need to do this?

  • Your e-mail address and (if necessary) your mobile number on which you want to receive notification of your new bill.
  • You must be registeredOpens a new window for MyScarlet and be logged in via appOpens a new window or web as the administrator of your account.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Go to MyScarlet:
    • Via app? Tap on your photo or initials at the top left. Do you see the logo? Log in first.
      Then tap on your photo or initials, next tap on your name and Edit profile .
    • Via web? Click on the button below and log in.

  2. Enter your preferred e-mail address at E-mail/login. This will also be your new MyScarlet username.
  3. Click on Save changes.
  4. Click on the link in the Confirm your MyScarlet login e-mail that we sent to this new e-mail address.
  5. Go to MyScarlet again:
    • Via app? Tap on your photo or initials at the top left. Do you see the logo? Log in first.
      Then tap on your photo or initials and choose Bill settings.
    • Via web? Click on the button below and log in with your new username
      (= new e-mail address).

  6. Then follow the steps to receive your bill at your new e-mail address.

After your confirmation, your next bill will be sent to the new e-mail address.
If the bill is already being prepared, it will be sent to the old e-mail one more time.
