Scarlet changes its email addresses

At Scarlet, we will use two new email addresses for sending certain communications.

The new email addresses are:

• service@com.scarlet.be: will be the email address that sends you more general communications such as the order confirmation or the communications about your appointments.
• billing.service@com.scarlet.be: will be the email address that sends you your invoices and credit notes.

The change is being made gradually and requires no action on your part.

During the transition period, you may still receive communications from the old addresses:

• service@scarlet.be: is the old email address that sent you general communications.
• billing.service@scarlet.be: is the old email address that sent you your invoices and credit notes.

Don't worry, these emails are authentic and come from Scarlet.
