How do I log in to mon.scarlet?

As of 23 November 2020, the way to log into the mon.scarlet customer zone has changed. Today, your user login is no longer a login number (ab123456), but your e-mail address. If you were already a customer before 23 November 2020, you must activate your customer zone before you can log in.

How to activate your customer zone?

You were a customer before 23 November 2020?

  • Surf to mon.scarlet and click on Create a new account on the left side of the login screen.

  • Please enter the following numbers found on your last bill:
    • Your new customer number
    • The number of your last bill (or payment statement)
      Examples: 20R-1234567, 20R-123.456.789
      Invoice_picture_customerspace_FR
      Login_migrated_customer2_FR
  • Then enter the e-mail address you wish to use as a login, and a password. Finally, choose a safety question.
  • You will receive an e-mail with an activation link. After clicking on this link, you will be able to log in to mon.scarlet using your e-mail address and password.

    You have received an e-mail inviting you to activate your profile. This had to be done within two hours. If these two hours have already passed, you can use the second link in this e-mail. Click on it to activate your profile.
