Questions about canceling your Scarlet subscription

You can cancel your Scarlet subscription:

  • Via Easy Switch
  • Via MyScarlet

Cancel your Scarlet subscription via Easy Switch

  1. Contact your new operator.
  2. Provide your customer number and Easy Switch ID to your new operator.
    These details are found on the first and last page of the invoice.

Your new operator will take the necessary steps to contact us to request the cancellation of your Scarlet subscription.

Cancel your Scarlet subscription via MyScarlet

  1. Login to MyScarletOpens a new window .
  2. You will be directed to the Products tab.
  3. At the bottom of the page, click on Cancel your subscription.
  4. Check the information in the cancellation form and complete it if necessary.
  5. Press the Send button.

You will receive a confirmation message by email and your subscription will be canceled in the following days.
