- How long does it take for my payment to be processed?
We receive your payment with Bancontact immediately, with other methods it may take a few working days. Therefore, check whether your payment has arrived . - Are you (regularly) late in paying?
Avoid reminder fees in the future and opt for a direct debit . This way you'll always pay automatically, on time and correctly. - Are you late in paying and has your phone, TV or Internet been disconnected?
If you paid with Bancontact in MyScarlet, you can call, surf or watch TV again after 4 hours. If you paid via Internet Banking or confirmed your payment by phone, this will take at least 1 working day. A paper transfer may take even longer. - Are you struggling to pay everything on time?
In some cases, it’s possible to pay in installments or qualify for a reduced rate for social reasons .
