If you are using your voicemail for the first time, you will need to set it up with a welcome message, the language you wish to use, and a code. To do this, simply call 1991 from your own mobile phone and follow the instructions.

To change the previously configured greeting:

1. Call 1991 free of charge from your mobile phone, 0473 75 19 91 from another device or +32 473 75 19 91 from abroad. In the last 2 cases, you will need to enter your phone number and voicemail code.
2. Select option 3 to modify your voicemail settings.
3. Then select option 1 and follow the instructions to record a new voicemail greeting, activate a temporary voicemail greeting or a standard voicemail greeting that includes your name or mobile phone number.

Changes are effective immediately.
