To turn voicemail on or off in MyScarlet, follow these steps:

  • Open the MyScarlet app and tap Products.
  • Scroll down and tap on your mobile number.
  • Tap on Settings and move the slider next to Voicemail.

Your voicemail will be activated or deactivated within 2 hours.

  • Log in to MyScarletOpens a new window to view your products.
  • Click on your mobile number.
  • Scroll down to Settings and click on the slider next to Voicemail.
