Do you have a b-box or an Internet Box?

Redirection or opening of ports is sometimes necessary so that software or devices can communicate with the port they wish to open.

To do this, you need to :

  • Check which ports can be used.
  • Open these ports in MyScarlet if necessary.
  • Configure port forwarding in your b-box or Internet Box.

Please note that our customer service department does not provide any assistance with opening or forwarding ports. If you have any problems, please refer to the documentation provided by your software or device manufacturer.
