I'm moving
When you move, you need to take your devices to your new address. Please note that when you move, it is not enough to reinstall your devices at your new address. You must also inform us of your intention to move at least 5 weeks in advance.
You may receive an email from us informing you that your devices will be replaced by newer ones. If this is the case, you will receive a confirmation email with the return label for your equipment. This label is also available as a digital barcode in MyScarlet . You can find it by clicking on 'Follow-up'.
- Place the equipment to be returned along with the power cable in a cardboard box. Close the box and paste the return label.
- Bring your box to the nearest Bpost point.
