- If you had requested the blocking of your mobile phone, you will need a photo of the purchase proof of your mobile phone with the serial number clearly visible, as well as a copy of your ID card to unblock it.
- Send an email to ccj@proximus.com, attaching the photo of the purchase proof and the copy of your ID card. Please note that this is the only way to request the unblocking of your device. Your request will be processed promptly by our team.
Attention: we cannot unblock a device that has been blocked by another operator. If you had contacted another operator to block your mobile phone, please contact them again to unblock it.
