• Subscriptions: These are the charges equivalent to your subscriptions (internet, tv, phone) for the current month. If you have switched from one subscription to another, you may see a charge for both the old and the new subscription. You'll find more information on these charges on the following pages of your payment statement.
• Consumption: these are the charges inherent in your consumption in the previous month. They vary from month to month, depending on whether you have consumed more or less. You'll find more information on these charges on the following pages of your payment statement.
• Adjustments: these represent amounts that may be deducted, for example when you cancel a subscription or an option.
• Services provided by third parties: this is where you'll find your parking payment by SMS, or a call to an 0900 number.
• Total to pay: this is the total amount you actually have to pay before the payment deadline.
