Activate or deactivate mobile options

Options such as extra surfing volume or unlimited calling can be activated from your customer zone:

  • Log in to mon.scarlet.
  • Click on the Home tab and scroll down to your mobile product. Then click on Mobile Options.
  • Select or deselect the options you wish to activate or deactivate, and click Next.
  • Your shopping cart, displayed on the right, will be updated according to the options selected.

Call Waiting offers the possibility to hear a signal (beep) in case of a second incoming call while you are on the line with another caller.

You then have the following options:

  • End the first call.
  • Put the first call on hold and take the second, or vice versa.
  • Forward the second call to voicemail.
  • Do not respond to the second incoming call and continue with the first.

This option is enabled by default. When you are abroad, the functioning of this service cannot always be guaranteed.

  • Activate: type *43# and press the send key (green phone).
  • Deactivate: type #43# and press the send key (green phone).
  • Call Waiting status: type *#43# and press the send key (green phone).

When this option is enabled, you can follow these instructions:

  • To end the first call and take the second, press "1", followed by the send key (green phone).
  • To put the first call on hold and take the second, press "2", followed by the send key (green phone).
  • To ignore the call, press "0", followed by the send key (green phone). In this case, the call is forwarded in case of no answer, by the call transfer (by default to the voicemail).

This option is usually available simply in the configuration menu of most mobile devices. Consult the manual, the vendor or the manufacturer of your mobile device for more information.
