Change your billing address

In MyScarlet you can set which address appears at the top of your bill or payment statement.. If you receive the document by mail, it will be sent to this address.

What do you need:

  • The address where you want to receive your bill or payment statement. A PO box is also possible.
  • You must be registered on MyScarlet and logged in via the app or website as an administrator.

How to proceed?

  1. Open the MyScarlet app.
  2. Tap the circle at the top left, then tap your name.
  3. Then tap Edit profile at the top right.
  4. Scroll down to Billing address and tap Edit address. If you have multiple Scarlet connections, be sure to select the correct one.
  5. Enter your new address and tap Save.
  1. Log in to MyScarlet to manage your account.
  2. Click Edit profile.
  3. Scroll down to Billing address and click Edit address. If you have multiple Scarlet connections, be sure to select the correct one.
  4. Enter your new address and click Save.

The changes will be applied, after verification, within 5 days. If your bill or payment statement is already being prepared by us, it will still be sent once more to the old address.
