You can add, change or remove mobile options such as extra mobile data in MyScarlet:

Via the MyScarlet app

You have to be administrator of your MyScarlet account to add some of the paying options. For some paying options, you can ask your administrator for approval.

  1. Open the MyScarlet app.
  2. Tap on Products.
  3. Select your mobile product (e.g. Scarlet mobile Hot).
  4. Tap on the Options tab.
  5. Click on the slider next to the option you want to add or remove.
  6. Confirm your choice.

Your option has been changed.
