Cancel my subscription

There are 2 ways to cancel your subscription:

Via Easy Switch

With Easy Switch, you reduce the risk of service interruption and double billing when switching operators. Your new provider also ceases your subscription with us.

  1. Contact your new provider.
  2. Tell your new provider your customer number and Easy Switch ID. You can find these details:
  • Via the MyScarlet app: Open the MyScarlet app, tap Products at the bottom and scroll all the way down. You'll see your Easy Switch ID and customer number listed.
  • Via the MyScarlet website: Log in to MyScarletOpens a new window to view your Products. Scroll all the way down. You'll see your Easy Switch ID and customer number listed.
  • On your Scarlet bill: Your Easy Switch ID and customer number are listed on the first page of your bill. If not, you'll find them in the Easy Switch information section on the last page of your bill.

Your new operator will contact us to cancel your products.

To cancel your subscription without Easy Switch:

  1. Login to the MyScarletOpens a new window website as administrator.
  2. Click on Products
  3. Scroll down. On the bottom right, click Cancel your subscription.
  4. Check the data in the form and complete where necessary.
  5. Click Send.

You will receive a confirmation message by e-mail and your subscription will be cancelled within a few days.
