Change or cancel your appointment

To cancel or modify an appointment for a technical intervention, there is no need to contact us. You can manage all your details from the MyScarlet application.

  1. Open the MyScarlet application.
  2. Press your initials at the top left of the screen.
  3. Tap on Follow-up.
  4. Tap then on the appointment date
    • Press Edit date and time. Select a new date and time range and press Confirm change.
    • Press Cancel appointment if the intervention is no longer required.
    • If you wish to pass on further information, press Edit contact and enter another name, phone number or e-mail address if necessary. Then press Confirm change.

Click on the button below and connect to MyScarlet web.
Consult your appointment

You will be redirected directly to the Follow-up tab.

  1. Click on the appointment date.
    • Press Edit date and time. Select a new date and time range and press Confirm change.
    • Press Cancel appointment if the intervention is no longer required.
    • If you wish to pass on further information, press Edit contact and enter another name, phone number or e-mail address if necessary. Then press Confirm change.

Appointment changes are possible up to 4 hours before the original appointment date, and you will receive a text message and an e-mail confirming your change request.
