You can limit mobile payments in two different ways:
- By disabling the payment function
- By setting a monthly limit
However, it is not possible to allow some services and restrict others.
This limit can be set for your own number or for all the numbers you manage in MyScarlet.
Proceed as follows:
Via the MyScarlet app
- Open the MyScarlet app.
- Tap on the Products tab.
- Select the mobile phone number for which you wish to restrict mobile payments and tap on Settings.
- Scroll down to Other and then Tap on Mobile Payments.
- Tap on Modify and choose your personal monthly purchase limit. Then Tap on Save to confirm your choice.
If you no longer wish to allow mobile payments at all, select Disable, tick the conditions and Tap on Delete.
Via the MyScarlet website
- Log in to MyScarlet by clicking on the button below.
- This will take you directly to the Products tab.
- Select the mobile phone number for which you wish to restrict mobile payments and press Settings.
- Scroll down to Other and click on Mobile Payments.
- Under the Your maximum amount per month menu, choose the personal purchase limit per month that suits you and click on Save.
If you no longer wish to allow mobile payments at all, select Disable, tick the conditions and press Delete.
