There are several visible light indicators on your fiber modem.

Here's what they mean:

Power
The Power indicator is on, indicating that your fiber modem is correctly connected to the power supply. If it doesn't light up, check that the power button is in the On position.

Optical/Link
This indicator is green when the connection with the optical fiber is good.
If the indicator is red, please contact us.

LAN/Auth
This indicator is green when your fiber modem is correctly configured.
If it's off, please contact us.
