There are several visible light indicators on your Internet Box.

Here's what the color of those means:

Broadband

• Blue indicator: the Internet Box is turned on.
• Yellow indicator: the synchronization of your Internet Box is in progress.
• Red indicator: if your wiring is correct, restart your Internet Box.
• Indicator off: the Internet Box is off. To turn it on, make sure the power cable is correctly connected and place the power button in the On position.

Phone

• Blue indicator: VoIP (Voice over IP) is configured.
• Turquoise indicator: a phone call is in progress.
• Red indicator: restart your Internet Box. If the issue persists, contact us.
• Indicator off: VoIP is not configured on the Internet Box.

Wi-Fi

• Blue indicator: Wi-Fi is enabled and can be used.
• White indicator: the Internet Box is performing a Wi-Fi connection via WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup).
• Red indicator: restart your Internet Box.
• Indicator off: Wi-Fi is disabled, to re-enable it, press the Wi-Fi button.
