Check your mobile data settings
You can check that the following settings are correct on your mobile phone.
- In the Access point name field, enter internet.proximus.be
- Leave the User name field blank.
- Leave the Password field blank.
You can also visit our device configuration help page, select your device and click on Connect to mobile Internet.
Please note that your mobile data is only valid in Belgium and the EU, and that not all countries on the European continent are members of the EU. Visit our roaming page for rates inside and outside the EU.
