Via the MyScarlet app
- Open the MyScarlet application.
- Click on the Invoices tab.
- Select the month for which you require further explanation. If necessary, press Show paid bills.
- Then click on the invoice amount for which you require further explanation. If necessary, click on View details.
- Depending on your situation, click on Fixed product usage or Mobile usage.

- Click on the button below and log in to your MyScarlet account.
