Follow these steps:
Via the MyScarlet app
- Tap on your profile at the top left of the screen.
- Then tap on Billing Settings.
- Scroll down until you see Direct Debit.
- Enter your bank account number (IBAN). This can be Belgian or European.
If the foreign account number is not accepted, it means direct debit is not possible.
- Then tap on Confirm.
The direct debit mandate will only be activated from the following day.

- Scroll down until you see Direct Debit.

- Then click on Confirm.

Please note: until the mention The amount will be deducted from your account on..., is not visible on your bill or payment statement, it means you still need to pay manually.
