How to check your current usage?

Closely monitor your usage of the current month

  • We'll show you how much of your included call minutes, text messages and data you've used.
  • If you've exceeded your bundle, or if there are costs which are not included in your bundle (including services provided by third parties), we'll also show those with an estimate of the cost.

Only after the end of the month and/or when the bill is made will you be able to see to whom and when you called, when you sent SMS messages and how much data you used. Only then are the costs final.

You can consult this usage in 2 ways. Choose which method you want to use.

  • Via the MyScarlet-app. This is possible if the app is installed on your smartphone or tablet.
  • Via the MyScarlet-website. This is possible via any browser. You will need a MyScarlet account.
