Usage details - via app
What do you need:
- You must be registered on MyScarlet and be logged via the app or website.
- You must be administrator of your account, which allows you, among other things, to see the bills.
- If you manage different MyScarlet accounts, select the correct one by switching accounts.
- If you haven't done it yet, download the MyScarlet app.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the MyScarlet app and tap on Bills.
Don't you get access to your Bills? Log in as or become the administrator of your account. - Scroll to the month you want to see. Tap first, if needed, on Already paid.
- Tap on the 3 dots of the month you want to check, followed by Download PDF.
- Open the PDF and scrol to the section Usage.
There you can see the number of call minutes and text messages and how much data you used and how much that cost. Close the PDF. - Tap again on the 3 dots of the month you want to check, followed by See details, then Usage, followed by See details.
- You will see the usage details for your call, text, TV and data traffic for that month. You can filter these data by outgoing number, type and date. You can also check which call or service outside your bundle was chargeable (≠ €0).
Don't see the usage details for all the mobile phones? Text "SHOW" to 8787, one-off, from each mobile phone for which you want to see call details. Their usage details will appear after 24 hours. - Compare your usage month by month: in step 2, tap Evolution and you'll see in the graph the evolution of your usage.
