What do you need:

  • You must be registered on MyScarlet and be logged in via the app or website.
  • You must be administrator of your account, which allows you, among other things, to see the bills.
  • If you manage different MyScarlet accounts, select the correct one by switching accounts.
  • If you haven't done it yet, download the MyScarlet app.

Follow these steps:

  • Open the MyScarlet app.
  • Tap on Bills and select, possibly via Already Paid, the month you are looking for.
  • Tap on Download PDF and go to the last page of the bill.

  • Log in to MyScarlet.
  • Check the bill For the month you are looking for, click on the three dots and on Download PDF.
  • Go to the last page of the bill.

    If you used a mobile payment, the service, the amount, the provider and the time are stated. It also states subscriptions to apps, text messages or services like Netflix.
