Check your current usage

  1. Open the MyScarlet app.
  2. Click on the Products tab.
  3. Scroll down to find the product for which you wish to check consumption. Depending on the product, you'll find call minutes used, SMS sent, fixed or mobile internet consumption for the current month. We also show the number of days remaining before the end of the month.
  4. Out-of-package consumption is shown in red.
  1. Connect to MyScarlet by clicking on the button below.
  2. You will be taken directly to the Products tab.
  3. Scroll down until you find the product for which you wish to check consumption. Depending on the product, you will find the minutes of calls used, SMS sent, fixed or mobile Internet consumption for the current month.
  4. Out-of-package consumption is shown in red.
