Change TV channels order

  1. Press the button on your Scarlet remote control.  
  2. Go to settings  and choose Channel Numbering.
    Here you can choose a default channel list in French or Dutch. To personalize your channels, you can scan the QR code and go to the scarlet website*.
    *Please be patient we are doing our best to make this page available on the Scarlet website as soon as possible. 
  3. Scan the QR code with your smartphone. 
  4. Enter your MyScarlet login and password.
  5. The list of Scarlet channels will appear, and you can change the channel order in two ways:  
    • Either by briefly pressing the channel you want to move, then choose the new position in the list.  
    • Or by pressing and holding the channel and drag it to the desired position in the list.  
  6. Click Save to save your changes.
