  1. Check that your PLC is properly plugged into a socket, if possible, not in a power strip.
  2. If your PLC is used to connect your TV Box to the b-box/Internet Box, check that a cable correctly connects the PLC ethernet port and the TV Box ethernet port.
  3. If the lights are red, unplug your PLC, then plug it back in.
