If you previously had a 3V+ b-box and are switching to the Internet Box, it is likely that your wi-fi credentials will also change. The new credentials will be sent to you by SMS and will also be available on MyScarlet.

Please note: to ensure the continuity of your services, it is important to install your wi-fi only when your activation is complete.
