Figure out my bill
Nowadays, all bills are different. It can therefore be difficult to figure them out. Here are some explanations to better understand your bill
Front page
- The payment due date is the most important date on your bill. If you pay before this date, the money will always be wired to our account on time.
- Always use the structured reference on the bill when paying. We need this reference for the automatic processing of your payment. Without this information, it may take significantly longer to process your bill and you may be charged a reminder fee for late payment.
Your Scarlet bill is made up of 4 different types of costs:
- One-off charges are costs incurred only once, such as the cost of installing or activating your line.
- The subscription includes your monthly fee. This is the price of your subscription.
- This amount is the total cost of the active options.
- Usage is the total of your out-of-bundle usage during your billing cycle.
- The total you pay for your bill is the sum of the one-off charges, subscription fee, options and usage.
Second and subsequent pages
You will find more details about your fixed and/or mobile usage on the second page of your bill.
- This is the subscription you have at Scarlet.
- These dates represent the billing period covered by the bill.
- The first frame includes the subscription as well as the different options active during the billing period.
- The second frame includes the usage included in your bundle. If, for example, you have the "Free calls during peak hours" option, the calls between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. will be included in these details.
- The third frame includes the out-of-bundle usage. For example, it will give you an indication of movies on demand or calls to premium or international numbers.
- This figure shows the total amount to be paid for this subscription.
