Addresses and numbers
At the very top of the second page of your payment statement you will find :

• Installation address and number: this is the address at which the Scarlet product is active, and your line reference number.
• Mobile numbers: this only appears if you have a mobile number with your product.

One-time fee
This is the explanation and breakdown of the one-off charges shown on the first page of your payment statement. They may relate to the installation or activation of your product, or to a late payment reminder.

Subscription details
In the Subscription box, you'll find an amount corresponding to the price of your subscription(s), as well as the options that are activated (paid or free).

You'll also find a small Equipment box that lists the devices required for your product to function properly. Every first device is included in the price of your subscription. If you require additional devices, you'll find their respective amounts.

Details of your consumption
In this last part of your payment statement, you'll find a breakdown of all your consumption for each component of your product (Internet, TV, fixed or cell phone).
You can see :

• The period during which usage was incurred.
• The total number of communications (SMS, data, calls, Internet traffic).
• The total volume or duration for each communication.
