No surprises, no hidden tricks, that's just how we roll at Scarlet.
The minutes, SMS, and GB included in Scarlet Mobile subscriptions, as well as pay-as-you-go prices, are valid in Belgium and while roaming in the EU (+ Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom, and Gibraltar), except for special numbers (voting lines, 0900 numbers, etc.) and third-party services. Calls and SMS made from Belgium to the EU Zone are not included in the subscriptions and are charged at international rates. Unused call minutes, SMS, and MB are not carried over to the following month.
For out-of-plan calls, billing is per second after the first minute. Data usage via 4G, EDGE, or GPRS is charged per KB. All prices include VAT directly.
